Old Truck Cabs on the Street

I visited the town of Dusheti, north of Tbilisi and while wandering around came across these three old truck cabs on the side of the street. Not sure why they were there.

    Was much surprised to see old soviet truck parts among your shots, but travel to Georgia explains it :) As for "why they are here" I guess it is also manifestation of soviet heritage "tradition" when people acquired cheap or free almost anything whichever could be scavenged from the ruined factories in hope of using in household. These seem stuck between "acquired" and "used".

    Thanks very much for the explanation! I like the idea of something being somewhat "acquired" and somewhat "used". As with many things, it would seem perspective plays a big role.
