I recently first set foot in the country a part of my family originates from. Instantly I felt at home. Something clicked and I felt at ease, looking out into these endless, sandy seas.
I met with Isabella during this year's hottest week to date and spent a while walking through a local park. I had been shooting bigger productions with lots of people on set so I wanted to go back to my photographic start and just do one on one sessions with my models. As many advantages that come with working with a team, I always missed being able to really get to know the person in front of my lens. Revisiting that approach with Isabella was wonderful and a lovely experience.
They came delivered in a bundle for us all to stare in awe. Haven't smelled them in a while now, they never last. I'd rather want to plant them, like Said and his thousand pots. Next year I'll make sure to get some live ones. Don't want them gone in 2 weeks time.
