    Is there a *new* original pudding shop? Also, what exactly is a pudding? Makes me think of jell-o chocolate pudding cups that we used to get in our lunch-boxes.

    @honeygrahams224 there seem to be a few that claim to be the original in some way, so maybe they add "old" to sound more authentic... In the UK, pudding is used interchangeably with dessert, but this particular recipe is a very sweet almond filled pastry!
