Monument to Lenin (on the project sculptor P.P. Yatsyk), was opened on the territory of the Exhibition of Economic Achievements (now AREC) in 1954. His place of installation is not accidental and is more than symbolic - behind the pedestal is the main exhibition hall and majestic - the USSR.
