Las Vegas Neon on The Strip

Taken while driving on The Strip. Splash was a variety show at the Riviera in the 1990's. We didn't see it while we where in Las Vegas for the first time getting married, but I like the neon.

    was this a long exposure or taken at a normal shutter speed?

    @lynxalb00 I think it was taken as we drove by, we did rent a convertible so the top would have been down and the traffic on The Strip is heavy and so moving. So maybe a 1/60 or a 1/30 but not B. Thanks for the like and the Comment.
