Coming from two weeks of hectic rondalla festival (both in Tagum and Manila), I tried to catch what I could see of the Caracol Festival which I had missed for several times. But since I had to prepare for the health project for the Aetas of Capas, Tarlac the following day, I made the most of the hour pre-parade to lomograph the young people in colorful disguise. Left even before the parade started.
