So i forgot about these!

took my DSLR up leith hill but due to the huge dynamic range i was getting frustrated so pulled a disposable out my bag and just ran around shooting random shots

    Wonderful album... the irony is that the scanning of negs and slides also stymies the dynamic range of film. Most scanners have a dynamic rangeof ~3-4, Nikon coolscans managed 4.8. I have an old digital cam, a Ricoh Caplio 500G industrial camera that seems to beat any DSLR for single exposure when it shoots in 16bit per channel uncompressed .tiff mode, but it's only 8MP, then that's limited by the printer. Sometimes tech makes things only good enough when things advance, and no ones knows the difference.
