On the rare occasions when I sign one of my prints, I sign it twice. Once with my last name, "Yohe" and once with my initials, "WY." I put my initials on the print to show that I also did the printing myself. One of the things I learned in my 25+ years as a professional black & white printer is that printing is every bit as important as the photography. I did not photograph these prints, but I did print them from original glass negatives that I purchased in an antique store. The seller told me that he had purchased hundreds of negatives from the same source. Unfortunately, he chose to sell the negatives individually. Too bad, clearly the photographer was quite talented.
