I want to hide my whole self, I am scared
I am so much more than what people see—I am a body, a mind, a spirit, a soul
He sees me, He loves me, He knows me more intimately than any person ever could. I do not need to be afraid of Him.

    It's okay to just be yourself. I suffer from anxiety, PTSD , and depression. I know my limits but still survive. Fortunately I have a very caring understanding wife who helps me through it all. I have days that I don't feel comfortable leaving the house but my Wife helps me through it. We just have to know our limitations and that we are good people who deserve a good life too.
