This little hut seems to be your regular "model" - has it a particular meaning for you?

@rolfmg A few kilometers from my home there is a large plain formed by a meteorite strike over 500 million years ago. Today the 6 km diameter plain is fertile agricultural land. In the 1940s, there were more than 3000 small barges in use. Modern agriculture has no need for these nowadays and most of them have disappeared and only about ten are left on the plain. It is a disappearing cultural heritage. This is one of the few remaining barges that I have a certain love for, I have to pass on its fate and hope that it can survive another winter out on the windswept plain.
Usually when I get a new camera in my hands I test it at this dilapidated barn regardless of the season, so that's why it appears a lot among my pictures.

@oleman Thanks for this detailed and interesting information. I also hope that the barge will survive another winter. It is a great idea to accompany the slow decay of this barge with your wonderful shots!
