    I don't know why I thought, "Spandau" as my first thought.

    @neufotomacher I do not know that ;-) The type of construction and the facilities are more comparable with East Berlin. But the look behind the scenes shows that between construction in the 1970s / 1980s East Germany (Schwerin) / East Berlin and West Germany / West Berlin (Spandau) the difference is not so big.
