Two found films - both Ilford HP3 - Expired March 1960 but where exposed and subsequently left undeveloped until I discovered them. They were dated as exposed on 26/7/46 (possibly 48). I used my Johnson Universal Adjustable Developing Tank which fortunately had suggested developing times at 21 degrees C as 9.5 minutes. I used Adox Adonal (ratio 1:24), Adofix, and Adoflo to develop. I am so impressed that the film has produced results and whilst my scanner isn't the greatest (Epson Perfection V500 @ 1200 dpi) The results are a real moment in time and history. i am off to research the hotel and see if I can't find out a little about these vacation rolls!

Stayed in this hotel in the mid eighties with my parents, though it was known as the ‘Hotel Marie Stuart’ , Lochearnhead.

@sandersoftheriver thank you. It's one of my favourite series as it's full of intrigue
