It could be that there is a bride in the first wagon, on her way to her wedding. This road, in a more modern version, is now the mainroad on my homeisland Karmøy. This picture is from 1912.

    What a lovely album. Do you know what camera or cameras were used for these photos? Have you thought of scanning this photo of the old road and scanning a current picture of the road today and placing them together? I would love to see the change or slight change. :)

    @syrosa6 I don't know anything about cameraes or photographers sadly. I'll write your idea behind my ears for later and see if something can be done. Maybe a small album with the two old photos and one new one from the same spot if possible. Need to do a little bit of research/testing with a digital slr.
