I know, I know – I was a dork back then too... ;-)

Just for the record, hanging out at redneck tractor meets was not something I did regularly as a teenager, but there wasn't a whole hell of a lot of action in the rural village where I grew up ;-). I took these shots way back in 1997. I can't remember the details, exactly, but I guess this was one of my first test rolls with my Nikon F50 (but they might have been taken with a Pentax Program A I had back then too — I'm not sure).

Nah, not a dork, but maybe too cool for a shirt. ;-) Also, are you an Englishman that grew up in Luxembourg or a Luxembourger that now lives in England?

@alburnkat: Ha, thanks ;-) To answer your question, I was born in Singapore to English/Irish parents, moved to Iran after 2 years, moved to Luxembourg 2 years later and lived there for 30 years, moved to Poland, got married and moved to England for a job here 8 years ago. My wife's Polish and my kids are... confused ;-) @vici: Thanks! Yeah, they sure painted up them tractors nice, plus the old Kodak Gold was no slouch in the colour stakes. Must try it again sometime. Thanks, both, for your visit!
