I've been encouraged to write more descriptions. These shots are from a walkabout of my two favorite neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. First in Retiro where around Plaza San Martin provided some excellent scenes and some great shots of Torre Monumental. Especially from the vantage of the Plaza's beautiful platform and benches. The clock tower is almost haunting in the empty plaza as time ticks away. I thought of all the people who sat on that bench looking at that tower and how maybe some shared the same thoughts at different points in time. The Kavanagh Building located beside the plaza was the tallest building in Latin America when it was completed in 1936. It is considered a pinnacle of modernist architecture. As I continued my walk to Recoleta neighborhood I stopped in the "bar notable" La Rambla where the incredible service brings you back in time. This was the very first roll of Ilford HP5. Awesome experience :D
