Filmriss - failures and accidents part II

Filmriss - my Zenit E kept a 15yrs vitrine life - first time in use and I ripped the film when rewinding it. However - first reaction was to throw the film away..but I finally kept it - why not to share failures?

    @heliosstardeath Yes - there are people on the rocks. I use the standard setting of my HP scanner at 1200 dpi and the standard setting includes indeed a "surface smoothing". I will try out a higher setting and disable this and see what comes out. Often I forget to "switch off" the standard setting. However, higher dpi scans are often so large that they cannot be uploaded to the lomo home (file too large). Thanks once again for the intensive visit and all the time you put in in providing very helpful comments.
