It was my best friend's birthday and I had rented a helium bottle to fill balloons. When we saw how beautiful the sunset was, we (my best friend, her boyfriend and a family friend) went outside and took turns taking photos.

  • Exposing Both Sides of the Film

    hodachrome 於 2012-06-16 分享

First trial of EBS. Shot twice on correct side first, in a sunny/bright day, at ISO400(ISO800 film inside), with a splitzer. After finished a roll, reverse the film (in a dark-room). And shot twice on redscale side as the same way as 1st run, in a cloudy/rainy day, at ISO200, with a splitzer. It's tough challenge because I had to wait for the best weather for each shots, and had to be careful with gap between frames. I found some mistakes. Will test again!!!

First trial of EBS. Shot on correct side first in a sunny/bright day, at ISO400(ISO800 film inside). Below half was masked with a splitzer. After finished a roll, reverse the film (in a dark-room). Then start shooting on redscale side in a cloudy/rainy day, at ISO200. Upper half was masked with a splitzer. The order of each location is precisely the same as 1st shots. I took notes in details about locations and shot all places with iPhone, to remember locations. It's tough challenge because I had to wait for the best weather for each shots, and had to be careful with 'gaps' between frames. This is not bad result but I found some mistakes. Have a look at my article about this technique: http://www.lomography.com/magazine/tipster/2013/01/14/tipster-how-to-take-symmetrical-images-with-exposing-both-sides-of-the-film-ebs
