Firewood on the Street

It was interesting to see stacks of firewood on the main street but it is soon apparent that wood burning is the main source of heat for most homes in this town. Another interesting feature is that I saw a number of cars with small branches in their grills or on the windshield which is supposed to come from the Christmas tree people cut down.
