A HUGE thanks to my friend trw for being a super talented photog and for giving me the little push I needed to finally do a doubles album. I'm really excited about how it turned out! If you don't know him, you should: http://www.lomography.com/homes/trw You can also view the album on his home: http://www.lomography.com/homes/trw/albums/1820546-colorado-meets-california-doubles-with-russheath-and-trw If you've already left a comment on his page, I promise I've read it, so don't feel obligated to do so again here . . . :D He sent me a lovely roll that I have been slooooowly working on and hope to show off sometime soon!

They build a new bridge over the river Ruhr in Oberhausen, which looks pretty cool, so I took my Lubi for an autumn walk.

Brooklyn Bridge looks gorgeous in redscale. There are also some shots at the Lomography shop in West Village, where I had almost to beg to buy a t-shirt. Disappointing customer service. Random shots at Wall Street and Chinatown as well. Fun times with @kylethefrench. I wish I had more time to scan all the other 12 films I have from this trip.

Cinelandia is one of the oldest spots in Rio. It's called this way due to its movie theaters and the Municipal Theater. The Brazilian National Library is also there. The cool colonial architecture reminds us when the city was less crowded and chaotic. This is my first roll of the new Lomography XR film, and also with my brand new, old Zenit 12xp.

Dippemess is a tradition which dates back to the 14th century. At that time, the Maamess, as it was then called, was a medieval market for domestic articles. Potters from the Westerwald, Kannebäckerland and Urberach came here to sell their wares, especially their ceramic bowls and pots. These were known in the Frankfurt dialect as 'Dippe' from which the event soon took its name. Over the years, more and more fairground booths and popular attractions joined the market as well. The Dippemess today is Frankfurt’s largest fair and a lot of fun :)
