Such high hopes...

The lab ballsed these up by the looks of it. The slides are covered with what looks like dirty streaks, they were not cleaned properly, also the film is expired, and now seems to have a blue cast to it.

    I really hate when that happens to my B&W. Unfortunately it is difficult to get angry when they are the only game in town that processes slide or B&W.

    @adam_g2000 Kindness may be the better plan. ;) In defense of my developer, he has screwed up a single roll and given me my entire order for free, I know that he took a hit on his income for that one. Small business owners know repeat customers keep them in business. Perhaps yours may not know that it happened and it was an honest mistake. Hope it turns out well. BTW, you have such a charming family :D
