Are you ready to dive into the vibrant world of Lomography? We’re seeking an Accounting Clerk/Finance & Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales and logistics departments, as well as our global network, to support the company’s operations in various finance and administration-related areas.

Job Description:

• Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks
• Manage receivables and payables
• Conduct bank reconciliations
• Assist Account Managers in order processing and invoicing
• Maintain constant communication with Regional & Europe & China offices
• Handle general office administration duties
• Prepare various reports and assist with ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Education in accounting, economics, or equivalent
• Experience in an administrative department (bookkeeping, A/R management, logistics, or office management)
• Familiarity with ERP Systems and/or basic databases
• Proficient in spreadsheets, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a networked and cross-departmental manner
• Motivated to work in an international company
• Profound understanding of accounting principles
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
