Granada is one of the prettiest cities in the world. The enormous quantity of good graffiti art makes it even better to me. "El Niño de las Pinturas" was the artist I liked the most.

[Asset:190266] Since the 16th Century, the ever-sociable Sevillanos have been enjoying a stroll, or paseo, in the wide, tree lined promenade called the Alameda de Hercules. In the four hundred and some years it has existed, the Alameda has been everything from a fashionable meeting place for the upper classes to a run down area with drug and prostitution problems. Now it's one of the busiest, liveliest and most funky places in the city.

Music and Colors in the Seville Fair
(Please note, this article is in another language)
The Seville Fair is celebrated in April every year. Last year I was lucky enough to be there and witness an event that brings together the best characteristics to photograph. There was so much color, motion, tons of music and above all many people happily ready to be “lomographed” with their traditional outfits giving a special flavor to one’s photographs.

  • Alhambra

    Alhambra
(Please note, this article is in another language)
The Alhambra is an Andalusian palace located in Granada (Spain). Its name has many different versions what it really means, but in the end it is somehow connected to the color red. The Alhambra is a walled town from the 13th century. It was founded by Ben-Al-Hamar the Arabian king, when Arabs used to live in Europe. It has many signs from the Arab culture. The Arabs were living in this palace since the year 1238 till 1492 when the Catholics Spanish kings got the palace.

A last-minute shoestring getaway to the south of Spain resulting in a deliciously relaxing week in one of the most joyful, sun-drenched cities in Spain that I have been to. A beautiful city, full of culture, fine food, friendly locals and best of all - now great memories.
  • Triana (Sevilla)

    Triana (Sevilla)
(Please note, this article is in another language)
Across the Guadalquivir from the old heart of Sevilla is Triana, the barrio of the city known for flamenco and for being a great place for a tapa and a glass of manzanilla. The streets closest to the river are impossibly narrow, with houses whitewashed and hung with pots of geraniums, or painted in the distinctive red paint of the city.
