A couple of months ago, me and some friends spent a weekend on a beautiful and remote island on the Gulf of Mexico. We arrived there by ferry with 20 other people, but those people would take the ferry back later in the day.

Key West in Florida is known for it’s tropical climate and the bright bold colors influenced by the Conch (Bahamian immigrants) history, which makes it ideal for shooting with color film, especially slide. But load a camera with black-and-white film and you get a real sense of the history of the building on the island. Read on to find out more.

Du denkst vielleicht, dass Florida nur aus Disneyland und andere Vergnügungsparks besteht, aber 2011 habe ich herausgefunden, dass es dort noch viel mehr gibt! Wir haben Südflorida und die Florida Keys erkundet und es war der tollste Urlaub, den ich je gemacht habe!

Vor einigen Monaten verbrachte ich gemeinsam mit Freunden ein Wochenende auf einer sehr schönen und einsamen Insel im Golf von Mexiko.
Wir kamen dort mit einer Fähre und 20 anderen Personen an, von denen aber alle später am Tag dieselbe Fähre wieder zurück nahmen.

Hace un par de meses, unos amigos y yo pasamos un fin de semana en una hermosa y remota isla en el Golfo de México. Llegamos allí en un "ferry" con otras veinte personas, pero esas personas tomarían el "ferry" de vuelta más tarde en el día.
