Mystery Reflection

I honestly do not know how this happened, but there are two different images of me in the reflections in both top-bottom lenses. The top reflection appears to match the big reflection that can slightly be seen in the glass window, and also the piece of reflection that can be seen in the camera on the right. However, the bottom-lens reflection is a phantom reflection of myself. How did this happen? The only explanation that I can surmise is that it's part of a double-exposure. I originally took this exact shot twice, but first or second shot was not developed. Any ideas?
